We always love visiting one of our favourite barn wedding venues in West Sussex and South Downs, Cissbury Barns, to create some incredible wedding flower moments for their wedding day.
This time, it was for the wonderful Melissa and Alex, the most wonderful couple, who chose to celebrate their love at this popular wedding venue for their big day and create some epic and romantic wedding flowers in the process.
Ceremony Wedding Flowers at Cissbury Barns
Cissbury Barns has several romantic spots for couples to hold their ceremony. The beautiful couple chose to be surrounded by loved ones and their family in the stunning East Barn for their ceremony.
Inside the East Barn, you will find many stylish yet traditional built design features that you would expect from a modern barn wedding venue.
Couples love the romantic voile hanging from each of the majestic beams and the striking stoned walls, creating the perfect location for their guests to watch them share their vows on their perfect day.
Barn wedding flowers at Cissbury Barns
We love it when clients come to us with open ideas and then let us run wild with them, and we loved bringing their luxe blush, cream and rust colour palette to life with some epic flowers for their wedding flowers in West Sussex.
They wanted to wow their families and friends with striking wedding flower designs across the whole day to enhance Cissbury Barns for their perfect day.
The couple knew that they wanted to go big with their wedding florals and highlight certain features at Cissbury Barns, particularly in the ceremonial barn, and we worked together to create an oasis of wedding flowers stretching the length of the aisle on either side which reached a romantic wedding arch adorned with blush draping, the perfect backdrop for their big day.
Happy tears were shed and the photography was incredible!
Cissbury Barns Wedding Breakfast & Reception
The wedding celebrations moved within Cissbury Barns later in the day for a stunning wedding breakfast with incredible food provided by their fantastic team.
We moved the romantic draped flower arch from the ceremonial barn across to the West Barn, which then became the backdrop for Melissa and Alex’s dreamy top table.
This is a great idea when deciding how to repurpose high-impact designs, as they serve as a fantastic design feature for speeches and photos for your wedding.
Music, dancing and more fun followed late into the night – the perfect day filled with fun, incredible memories, laughter and love in the South Downs at this incredible wedding.
