You've sent us an enquiry! After confirming availability within 24 hours, you'll be sent a link to a short design questionnaire, allowing us to get up to speed on your ideas, the level of support you're after, and any non-negotiable requirements.
From there, we can start to curate a dream floral vision and quotation that's centred around your venue, vision and vibe.

Upon receiving your completed design questionnaire, I'll then get to work on creating a custom design proposal and initial quotation that bring together your must-haves and our expertise to create a vision you'll fall in love with. You can expect this within days of sending us back your questionnaire.

Once you've received your proposal and quotation, your date will be held for 7 days whilst we continue to collaborate and make edits if needed. Ready to lock it in? Simply settle an initial 20% booking deposit and sign your terms and conditions to make it official.
From there, changes can be made to your checklist all the way up until the 6-weeks-out mark, whilst we collaborate with your wider wedding team in the background to ensure cohesive design across your entire day.

Your day has finally arrived! I'll visit you bright and early to present you with your dream bridal bouquet and personal florals, before moving into your ceremony space to create magic for the two of you. During your ceremony, I'll be waiting on site to personally repurpose designs across to their second location in your wedding breakfast space to ensure they look absolutely perfect. Later in the evening, I'll return to bunch flowers for your guests to take home as you dance the night away as newlyweds.

Absolutely! We provide a seamless, stress-free pack-down service so you don’t have to worry about a thing once the celebrations are over.
While you’re dancing the night away or heading off to begin married life, my team and I will discreetly return to carefully dismantle and clear your florals, bunching small clusters where we can for your guests to take home, ensuring everything is handled with care and efficiency.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
I'm based in the beautiful county of East Sussex, and regularly design weddings across Sussex, London, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, all the way to Berkshire and Wiltshire.
That said, I absolutely love to travel for unforgettable celebrations, so if your wedding is a little further afield, just get in touch - I'd be delighted to see if I can make it work for you.

Booking with us is straightforward and tailored to you. Within 24 hours of your enquiry, you’ll get a link to our short design questionnaire. Your answers guide us in creating a tailored quotation and a beautifully curated mood board, giving you a clear picture of your wedding day florals in your dream venue space.
If you’d like a call to talk through ideas first, we’re happy to arrange one, or you can skip that step if life’s already hectic. Your custom proposal and quotation are valid for seven days, giving us time to refine the details together.
To secure your date, simply sign our terms and settle the 20% booking deposit and your wedding is officially in our calendar.
06. HOW WILL YOU HANDLE THE SCALE & COMPLEXITY OF OUR WEDDING?
I lead a dedicated team to deliver everything from statement ceremony meadows to full-room floral installations, coordinating closely with your venue team to keep timelines seamless. A detailed production plan and built-in contingencies ensure the design stays on point whatever the day brings. I personally check every space before guests arrive and oversee the final clear-down, so the entire floral experience remains polished and effortless from start to finish.
