Upon receiving your completed design questionnaire, I'll then get to work on creating a tailored design proposal and initial quotation that's equal parts your must-haves, immersed with our expertise of your wedding venue, the guest experience, the season, and the feeling we're creating through imaginative floral design. You can expect this within days of sending us back your questionnaire (we work fast).

From there, your date will be held for 7 days whilst we take any feedback you may have and make edits to your design checklist. Ready to lock it in? Just settle an initial 20% booking deposit and sign your terms and conditions to get in our calendar.
From there, changes can be made to your checklist all the way up until the 6-weeks out mark, whilst we collaborate with yoru wider wedding team to ensure cohesive design across your entire day.

6 weeks out, you'll be invited to jump on a call with us to confirm final designs and quantities, so that you can sit back and revel in the final countdown knowing we've got it handled.

05. your wedding day
I'll visit you bright and early to present you with your bridal bouquet and personal florals, before moving into your ceremony space to create magic for the two of you. During your ceremony, I'll be waiting on site to personally move florals across to their second location in your wedding breakfast space to ensure they look absolutely perfect before leaving your venue. Later in the evening, I'll be back to bunch flowers for your guests to take home as you dance the night away as newlyweds. Sound good? You know what to do.

do you offer a pack down service?
Absolutely! We provide a seamless, stress-free pack-down service so you don’t have to worry about a thing once the celebrations are over. While you’re dancing the night away or heading off to begin married life, my team and I will discreetly return to carefully dismantle and clear your florals, bunching small clusters where we can for your guests to take home, ensuring everything is handled with care and efficiency.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
I'm based in the beautiful county of East Sussex, and regularly design weddings across Sussex, London, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, all the way to Berkshire and Wiltshire. That said, I absolutely love to travel for unforgettable celebrations, so if your wedding is a little further afield, just get in touch - I'd be delighted to see if I can make it work for you.

What's more, we design your wedding day with floral repurposing in mind, so that you can fully maximise your investment and make the most of your bespoke floral pieces.
